L&L Cleaners ("L&L Cleaners," "we," "us," or "our") operates llcleanrs.com (the "Site"). This page explains what information we collect when you visit or use the Site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly
When you submit our quote form or use the chat assistant to request a callback, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, the service you're interested in, your city, and any optional message. We use this only to contact you about your quote request.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we automatically collect some technical information when you visit:
- Usage data — pages viewed, time on page, how you got to the Site, and general interactions — via Google Analytics.
- Session behavior — anonymized clicks, scrolling, and page recordings that help us understand and improve the Site — via Microsoft Clarity.
- Approximate location — on the homepage only, we use your IP address to guess your city (e.g. "Greenville" or "Spartanburg") so we can point you to the right local page. This is approximate, is never combined with your name unless you submit a form, and you can always pick your own city manually instead.
- Advertising data — if you arrive from a Google ad, Google may record that a click led to a call or a form submission (a "conversion"), so we can tell which ads are working. See "Advertising" below.
How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request and schedule service
- To send you appointment confirmations and updates about your request
- To understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
- To measure whether our advertising is bringing in real customers
- To detect and prevent spam or abuse of our forms
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your name or phone number for marketing unrelated to the service you requested.
Who we share information with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the Site. Each only receives the data it needs to do its job:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of L&L Cleaners or others.
Advertising
We run ads through Google Ads. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar identifiers to show you ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure whether an ad led to a call or a form submission on our Site. We use standard Google Analytics advertising features for this purpose.
You can control the ads you see, or opt out of personalized advertising, through Google Ad Settings or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page. You can also opt out of Google Analytics specifically using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies from the services listed above (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads) to remember your visit, understand how the Site is used, and measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work, though the automatic city detection and some analytics may not function as intended.
Data retention
Quote requests and messages are kept as long as needed to respond to you and for our business records, and are deleted when no longer needed. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's standard retention settings (currently 14 months for Google Analytics).
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we have about you, request that we correct or delete it, or opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email us at cleanairllc.sc@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. You can also simply call us at (864) 387-8860 and ask us to remove your information.
Security
We use industry-standard protections for the Site, including HTTPS encryption on every page and security headers that guard against common web attacks. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults seeking home services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our Site or practices change. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
